This is an exclusive experience hosted by the MLC and the Capital Area Manufacturing Council and is for members of either organization. 

Join & participate with Block Imaging's operations team on our weekly Gemba Walk. "Go See" and directly observe the process, engage with teams, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• 8:30 - 9:00  (30 min) - Arrival. Meet and greet in Everest Room with light breakfast provided

• 9:00 - 9:20 (20 min) - Introduction to Block Imaging - Our Vision, Mindset, Values, and Approach. Because People Matter.

• 9:20 - 9:30 (10 min) - Our journey - Gemba Walk Process. The process as of today.

• 9:30 - 10:30 (60 min) - Gemba Walk - Operations space with focus on workplace organization/5S/Safety - A map will be provided

Registration Cancellations

We understand that plans change. In the event you are unable to attend an event, refunds will be issued in full for cancellation refund requests received in writing via the events@michiganlean.org email at least seven (7) days before the event. Refunds will not be issued when less than a seven (7) day notice is provided. After submitting your cancellation refund request via email, please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to be processed. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
