MLC presented the Henry Ford Health Systems Benchmarking event on June 24, 2011 at Henry Ford Hospital in Downtown Detroit. This particular event featured a detailed presentation from Dr. Richard Zarbo and an interesting and compelling Gemba walk through Henry Ford Hospital.
