The Office of Performance and Transformation (OPT) is engaged by all agencies within the State of Michigan to help execute their process improvement initiatives. However, OPT is limited by the availability of certified facilitators and must prioritize which projects will be implemented. OPT wanted to prioritize Lean project requests from all agencies to be able to assign their limited resources to the most important projects.

Using the Allovance platform, OPT was able to strategize, compare, quantify, score, and select Lean projects for implementation. This webinar will talk about our engagement with OPT and how Allovance can help government agencies in similar positions.

Speaker: Sherif Farghal
