This Lean Coffee event will be hosted by Barton Malow Company and facilitated by Brad Hanpeter.
Brad is currently a Senior Corporate Strategy Manager at Barton Malow Company in Southfield, Michigan responsible for process improvement and LEAN. Prior to transitioning to the commercial construction industry, Brad spent the majority of his career with Masco Corporation where he lead the development and deployment of the practices, processes, tools, and capabilities that supported Masco’s Lean and Quality functions world-wide. Before joining Masco, Brad was a partner with an international manufacturing consulting firm and started his career at the General Electric Company. Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
